Missing Dog on Penton Linns - does he belong to you?

Met a little Corgi named Buddy on Penton Linns.  I left a message for the cell phone number that was on the dog tag, but there was no outgoing message, so I don't know who this little guy belongs to.

I have him in my backyard, and MAN, was he thirsty! 

If he's yours, please call me at 972-924-7207.

Update -  Buddy's owner called me back and now he's home!
