I just ran across these on my computer.  Forgot I had downloaded them.  Thought some of you may find them interesting to see where we came from...

P.S. Yes, that was a pond at the end of Kaie Teur Dr.  And that was the old high school baseball field over in Creekside.

I had 2001 in the filename of one of them.  Otherwise, I don't have info on when they were taken.  If you go to dfwmaps.com today, you can still get the 2001 image.  It appears Love's truckstop was underway.  And the crook in 455 was straightened in front of Creekside.  That's where they filled in some old ponds and built the road.  Then the spring that fed the ponds started percollating up in the middle of the road.  They finally dug it out and put in a drain pipe or something to get the water out from under the road.
