Just FYI to all who use the new walking park behind Brookshires. A friends wife went to jog last night in the park around 7:?? and just as she rounded the first corner she encountered a guy with his shorts and underwear around his ankles doing something to himself. When he saw her he ran into the bushes and trees. She said he had salt and pepper short hair and a gray goatee and was dark complected. She then spotted him again later walking down a street in our neighborhood. Oh, and he had a small dog with no leash following him around. She said he didn't look like a bum or homeless he was clean and well groomed looking.

What kind of little dog?  Just asking because I know more people by the dogs they are with than the actual people if they spend time walking around the neighborhood.

I never wanted Anna to devolve into a seething cesspool of perverts, but if I connected the dots, I'd have to say it was an inevitable side effect of both forced recycling, and once-per-week trash pickup :/

OMG, that must be it!  I bet the city manager WANTED those huge trash cans so the perverts would have more hiding spots!

That is not the 1st for that area by the school....  I think we should have some sort of citizen patrols.

I guess you can't escape the crime anymore..

Try Mini-van upgrade...mostly stay at home Moms around during the day. I see some off road tires in my future.
