This is a good application for CodeRed...

City Officials please take note.  There were some people here in The Falls that were seriously put out by timing of that water outage.  A few minutes notice would have done wonders...
I am sarcastic and have a smart ass attitude.  It's a natural defense against drama, bullshit, and stupidity...

I could be wrong but I talked to one of the guys that works for our Public works department the other day at my girls softball practice and he said it was a water main break.

Absolutely Red, I agree!  Not only did I have to rack my baby-brain to figure out if this was my fault or not, but then took the time out to call the Water Department.  The woman who answered the phone, although polite, seemed annoyed that I was calling, because it was probably her 20th call of the hour about the problem.  If Code Red or even just a notice on the city website was posted, all aggravation could have been avoided.
You shouldn't say mean things about people who can't read.  You should write it instead.
