RBO and I came from KS where the last "special assessment" we had cost us $1400.  It was for sidewalks the developer didn't originally plan on.  So, when we got notice of the upcoming annual HOA Mtg and heard the term "special assessment" used we were not pleased.

What we did find out from some "in the know" is that this assessment is projected to be somewhere in the $25-30 range, so you could hear the sigh of relief for miles....   ;D

Anyone else have issues they plan to bring to the annual HOA Meeting, or topics to discuss prior to?

due to the weather we have canceled the meeting for tonight. We will reschedule for three to four weeks from today. You will receive a notice by mail.

Please let your neighbor know.

Do you all want to just chip in a few pennies for silicone.  I've already got a caulk gun, so I think we can fix this thing.  Certainly cheaper than $25/household.
